Designed Events Space is designed to give you the flexibility to create your event your way. Our space-only rentals include the venue essentials you need without requiring you to purchase a décor or event package.
VENUE ACCESS
Access time varies based on the type of event and rental selected.
Children’s Birthdays
4-hour venue rental with additional time available at the applicable hourly rate.
Showers
4-hour venue rental with additional time available at the applicable hourly rate. All-day rental options are available for larger or extended celebrations.
Milestone Celebrations
6-hour venue rental with additional time available at the applicable hourly rate.
Weddings & Quinceañeras
Extended event-day access is included.
We understand that weddings and quinceañeras require considerably more preparation than a typical private event. Early access may begin as early as 2:30 AM when needed, giving your vendors, decorators and family ample time to prepare the space without rushing.
Your celebration may extend into the early morning hours, with access potentially continuing until 2:30 AM the following morning, based on your event schedule and rental agreement.
That means more time to decorate, prepare, celebrate and break down—without trying to squeeze one of life's biggest celebrations into a short rental window.
TABLES & CHAIRS
Your venue rental includes use of our available inventory of:
60" round guest tables
6' and 8' rectangular tables
Serving and specialty tables
Folding chairs
Final table and chair quantities and configurations are based on DES inventory and your approved floor plan.
TABLE LINENS
Weddings & Quinceañeras:
Black or white table linens from our available inventory are included with your venue rental.
Children’s Birthdays, Showers & Milestone Celebrations:
Table linens are not included and may be rented separately or provided through an approved outside vendor.

Your rental also includes access to the venue's available amenities, including:
Caterer’s Corner for food preparation and service
Dressing room/private preparation space

BRING YOUR OWN VENDORS
We believe you should have the freedom to build an event that fits your vision and budget.
Outside caterers, decorators, DJs, photographers, planners and other professional vendors are welcome, provided they meet DES licensing, insurance and vendor requirements.
You are not required to purchase one of our full-service packages in order to celebrate at Designed Events Space.
SETUP & PERSONALIZATION
Space-only means exactly that—you have the flexibility to design and personalize your celebration.
Bring your own décor team, caterer and other approved vendors, or ask us about additional DES services if you'd like assistance.
Our venue rental gives you the foundation. How much or how little you add is up to you.
CLEANING
Standard venue preparation before your event and standard post-event cleaning are handled by Designed Events Space.
A separate cleaning fee applies to venue rentals and will be clearly listed on your proposal.
Excessive cleaning, prohibited materials, damage, bodily fluids, grease, food or beverage spills requiring specialized treatment, or cleanup beyond normal event use may result in additional charges.
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Events up to 150 guests: $500
Events over 150 guests: $1,000
The damage deposit is refundable following the event provided the venue and property are returned according to the terms of your rental agreement.
The damage deposit does not limit the client's financial responsibility for damages, excessive cleaning or other charges exceeding the amount of the deposit.
PROFESSIONAL SECURITY
For Weddings and Quinceañeras, professional security is arranged directly through Designed Events Space and added to your proposal as a separate required line item.
Minimum Security Coverage: 2 professional security guards
Security Fee: $260 per guard
Minimum Security Total: $520
Additional security coverage may be required based on guest count, event duration or other event-specific considerations and will be reflected in your final proposal.
EVENT LIABILITY INSURANCE
Day-of event liability insurance is required.
Designed Events Space must be listed as an Additional Insured on the policy. Coverage documentation must be provided prior to the event according to the requirements outlined in your rental agreement.
OPTIONAL EXTENDED ACCESS
Need additional time beyond your standard rental?
Day-Before Access — $500
Add venue access the day before your event for decorating, vendor setup, rehearsal or event preparation.
Next-Day Brunch — $800
Continue the celebration the following day with additional venue access for a private brunch.
Required Cleaning & Reset Fee — $300
Total Next-Day Brunch Extension — $1,100
EXTENDED EVENT-DAY ACCESS
Weddings and quinceañeras include generous event-day access, allowing ample time for setup, decorating, vendor preparation and your celebration.
Early-morning access is available when needed, with celebration time extending into the early morning hours.
Exact access and departure times are established as part of your event agreement.
