 Designed Celebrations (Whats Included)

Weddings, Quinceañeras & Major Milestone Events

Every celebration at Designed Events Space is built around design, not just headcount. All full-space collections include:

  • Exclusive use of Designed Events Space for up to 10 hours

  • Tables and chairs for your guest count (up to 250 guests)

  • Standard in-house table linens for guest seating

  • Moveable bar

  • Access to our Caterer’s Corner kitchen (warming & staging only)

  • High-speed Wi-Fi and restrooms

  • Standard venue cleaning before and after your event

Food, beverages, DJ, décor, and specialty rentals are brought in by you and your chosen vendors so you can fully customize your day.

 

The Curated Gathering

Up to 50 guests – $2,800 + tax (Saturday)

For small, deeply intentional celebrations. Perfect for micro weddings, vow renewals,

and intimate Quinceañera dinners where every detail feels personal.

Includes:

  • Exclusive use of the venue for up to 10 hours

  • Space for ceremony and reception in one location

  • Tables, chairs, and standard linens for up to 50 guests

  • Moveable bar and Caterer’s Corner kitchen access

  • Wi-Fi, restrooms, and standard venue cleaning

The Designed Signature

51–100 guests – $3,400 + tax (Saturday)

For couples and families who want a warm, elevated celebration with a comfortable guest count.

Ideal for weddings and Quinceañeras that feel full, but still curated and intentional.

Includes:

  • Exclusive use of the venue for up to 10 hours

  • Tables, chairs, and standard linens for 51–100 guests

  • Flexible layout for ceremony, reception, or traditional Quince program

  • Moveable bar and kitchen access

  • Wi-Fi, restrooms, and standard venue cleaning

The Grand Design

101–150 guests – $4,100 + tax (Saturday)

A full, lively celebration designed for bigger guest lists,  and a space that feels inviting.

Includes:

  • Exclusive use of the venue for up to 10 hours

  • Tables, chairs, and standard linens for 101–150 guests

  • Layout options for ceremony, reception, program, and dancing

  • Moveable bar and kitchen access

  • Wi-Fi, restrooms, and standard venue cleaning

The Full Design

151–200 guests – $4,800 + tax (Saturday)
201–250 guests – $5,800 + tax (Saturday)

For “we’re doing it all” celebrations. This collection is designed for large Weddings and Quinceañeras that use the full potential of the space.

Includes:

  • Exclusive use of the venue for up to 10 hours

  • Tables, chairs, and standard linens for 151–250 guests (based on final count)

  • Full flexibility for ceremony, reception, Quince program, and dancing

  • Moveable bar and kitchen access

  • Wi-Fi, restrooms, and standard venue cleaning

Friday & Sunday Rates – Value Dates

Same beautiful space, same inclusions, adjusted pricing for non-Saturday dates.

Up to 50 guests

  • Starting at $2,600 + tax

51–100 guests

  • Starting at $2,900 + tax

101–150 guests

  • Starting at $3,800 + tax

151–200 guests

  • Starting at $4,300 + tax

201–250 guests

  • Starting at $5,500 + tax

Weekday Rates

(Creative & Wellness Evenings at Designed Events)

Perfect for:

  • Women’s circles & empowerment groups

  • Wellness, healing, and support gatherings

  • Dance or movement classes

  • Art, journaling, and creative workshops

  • Business meetups, trainings, and small events

Monday–Thursday – Standard Weekday Use

  • 3-hour block (up to ~75 guests): starting at $800 + tax

    • Includes tables, chairs, standard linens, Wi-Fi, restrooms, and standard cleaning

  • Additional time: from $200 per hour + tax

  • Larger weekday events or full-day use can be custom quoted, generally 10% under Saturday rates for the same guest count.

To Reserve Your Date:

  • Saturday weddings & Quinceañeras:

    • $1,500 non-refundable Save-the-Date retainer (applied to your balance)

  • Friday & Sunday weddings/Quinceañeras:

    • $1500 non-refundable Save-the-Date retainer (applied to your balance)

A $500 refundable damage deposit is due shortly before your event and is typically returned after the final walk through,

once the space is cleaned (trash removed, décor and personal items out) and no damages are found.

Day-of event liability insurance is required for all events, with Designed Events Space LLLP listed as additional insured,

and all vendors must either provide a COI or sign our hold harmless waiver.

Design Layers & Enhancement

For couples and families who want their event to feel fully styled, not just set up,

we offer in-house design layers that can be added to any Designed Celebrations Collection.

Pipe & Drapery Design

Starting at $2,000 – typically up to $4,500+

Pipe and drapery transforms the room into a soft, elevated, boutique-style environment.

Depending on your vision and budget, we can design:

  • A draped ceremony backdrop

  • A sweetheart or head-table backdrop

  • A styled cake or dessert feature wall

  • A photo or step-and-repeat area

  • Partial wall drape to soften and frame the room

Each drapery design is custom-quoted based on coverage, layout, and detail, and is professionally installed and removed by our team.

Fresh Floral Styling

Starting around $1,500 – typically up to $3,000+

Fresh florals bring warmth, texture, and life into the space. We offer curated floral design that complements both the venue and your overall vision.

Floral styling can include:

  • Ceremony arrangements or focal pieces

  • Centerpieces for guest tables

  • Sweetheart/head table florals

  • Cake table, welcome table, or photo-area florals

Every floral package is custom-quoted based on the number of pieces, flower types, and overall scale.

Custom Balloon Installations

Starting at $300 – typically up to $2,500+

For clients who love a little extra “wow” when guests walk in, we offer custom balloon styling that feels elevated,

not kiddie-party. Every installation is designed to coordinate with your colors, décor, and overall event style.

Balloon design can include:

  • Welcome or entry garlands

  • Backdrops for photos, sweetheart table, or cake table

  • Accent framing for stages, arches, or focal areas

  • Layered looks that combine balloons with drapery, signage, or florals

Each balloon installation is:

  • Custom-quoted based on size, style, colors, and placement

  • Designed to enhance your existing décor, not compete with it

  • Installed and removed by our team or trusted partners, depending on scale

Investment range:
Most clients invest between $200 and $2,500+ for balloon styling,

depending on whether they want a small accent piece or multiple large, statement installations throughout the space.
